At Zexmorinphar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade gift making kit. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help with our straightforward return policy.
Return Eligibility
You may return your craft kit if:
- The kit is unopened and in its original packaging
- The return is requested within 30 days of delivery
- The kit is in resalable condition
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used kits
- Kits with missing or damaged components caused by the customer
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your kit arrives damaged or contains defective materials, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:
- Replace damaged components at no additional cost
- Offer a full replacement kit if necessary
- Provide a full refund if replacement is not possible
Please include photos of the damage when contacting our support team.
How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team via email or phone
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack the kit securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to our return address
Return Shipping
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
For damaged or defective items, Zexmorinphar will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5-7 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item was defective)
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your unopened kit for a different one, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and may require shipping cost adjustments.
